• Quotes from the studio stay valid for the window stated in the reply; silent price lists on this site are guides only for Kowloon visitors.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via studio@this site so the slot can reopen.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to studio@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.

Updates to this site terms post here with the date changed — continuing to book independent bookstore work after notice means you accept the revision.

Seasonal independent bookstore queues shift; we still confirm terms in writing and we keep Hong Kong holiday closures noted on the door card. Reference the independent bookstore page name if emailing a follow-up.
